Family Services Inc. has several programs that are looking for administrative support in the office. Each office has different needs, so contact the volunteer coordinator to find the best fit for your skills and experience. This is an opportunity to strengthen your administrative skills while helping program staff better serve FSI's clients and families.
Family Services, Inc. promotes the resilience, recovery, and independence of individuals and families across the lifespan through mental and physical health, social service, and education, thereby strengthening communities.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Copying, filing and/or faxing
Putting together program materials for clients
Database entry and word processing
Assistance in preparing for program office events
One office does require bilingual skills in English and Spanish
Training will be provided
2-3 hours, at least once a week; we can work with your schedule!
We ask the volunteer to make a 3-month commitment at which time it may renew for a length of time agreed upon by the volunteer and the supervisor.
