What is the Cowboy Breakfast Committee:

This committee plans, organizes and coordinates Rodeo Austin’s Cowboy Breakfast. The Cowboy Breakfast takes place the Friday before the start of the Fair and Rodeo with more than 4,000 Austinites attending the free breakfast. Committee members help secure vendors and help provide a fun experience for the A ustin community. In addition, they also help with set up and tear down of the event. The 2017 Rodeo Austin Cowboy Breakfast will take place on March 3, 2017.

Rodeo Austin is home to more than 1,000 volunteers who work year-round in support of the mission. With over 20 committees to volunteer with, Rodeo Austin offers something for everyone. Rodeo Austin is currently accepting volunteers for the 2016-2017 Season! There are plently of opportunities available in a variety of different settings; sporting clay tournament in October, BBQ Auction & Concert in November, Fashion & Fine Art in January, one of Austins largest black tie events in February at the Palmer Events Center, and the 2017 Fair and Rodeo in March.
