About

What is the BBQ Austin Committee:

This committee hosts the annual BBQ cook-off event in March prior to the start of Fair and Rodeo. Committee members help promote the event, secure BBQ cook-off teams, and assist in the set-up and management of the event. Duties include helping steward the teams to ensure that their needs are met, help direct attendees to the cook off tents.
