BIG NEWS! Spay Neuter Idaho Pets (SNIP) is preparing to open the first low-cost, high-quality, high-volume, spay-neuter clinic in the Treasure Valley! This is a huge step toward reducing the birth rate of dogs and cats thereby giving every cat and dog a better chance of a warm and loving home. We have a core paid technical staff but all of our volunteer positions are as important as ever - we hope you can help!

We all know that knitting and crocheting are good for the soul. Now, you can direct some of that soul-enriching effort to knit or crochet catnip mice for SNIP to help us raise funds to offer subsidized spay/neuter vouchers for low-income families. The more animals we can afford to help spay and neuter, the less homeless animals there will be. Who thought that your love of knitting or crocheting could help make that happen!

Our catnip mice are very popular with supporters of the SNIP mission and we are always in need of more inventory. We have a pattern to get you started, but any pattern or yarn will do. And, we will supply the organic catnip. We look forward to hearing from you!
