Job Responsibility and Duties:- Board Members

• Board of Directors, who sets policy, Strategies to achieve organization goal.
• Plays a leading role in fundraising activities.
• Evaluates annually the performance of the organization in achieving its mission.
• Gets to know other committee members and builds a collegial working relationship that contributes to consensus.
• Makes serious commitment to participate actively in organization work.
• Volunteers for and willingly accepts assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time.
• Make decisions in the best interest of the nonprofit corporation; not in his or her self-interest.
• Reviewing outcomes and metrics created by organization for evaluating its impact, and regularly measuring its performance and effectiveness using those metrics; reviewing agenda and supporting materials prior to board and committee meetings
