Become a valued member of our interdisciplinary team!


Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide help at our West Allis office. We are seeking a volunteer who would be willing to spend about 2 hours in office every Thursday morning doing a virtual "tuck in" of all our patients. This involves placing a quick phone call to ensure all supplies and medication are in place for a comfortable weekend. This is a highly beneficial and necessary service.


Please note - this could be one volunteer who completes them every thursday or two volunteers who take turns and perform bi-weekly.

Description

Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
