Do you want to have a life changing experience in one of the coziest places in Latinamerica?

Would you like to gain experience teaching abroad while helping children on the coast of Ecuador gain access to English-language education? In addition to the demonstrated cognitive benefits of bilingualism, English-language education will help young Ecuadorians unlock access to the global economy, from trade to the tourism industry.

This program will bring volunteer teachers from around the world to teach English classes to classes of Ecuadorian children. You will be responsible for class preparation (using materials provided by the Ministry of Education) as well as up to 30 hours of teaching per week. Participants are housed in host families, with two meals a day provided. Participating will give you the opportunity to practice your Spanish, immerse yourself in new customs and ideas, and gain practical skills in cross-cultural education.

Requirements:

* Native English speaker or non-native English speaker with Level C1

* Professional (BS, BA or its equivalent).

-Be of no criminal record

-Cultural sensivity

-Holding a passport with at least 1 year validity

Availability to commit to the project from May 2017 until February/May 2018

Benefits-Long time position:
