Willpowered Woman is looking for an experienced social media expert to head a team of marketers and over see content, strategy & analysis.
A few things this role would entail:
- Manage several content managers to come up with strategy to promote brand awareness and engagement
- Work with content managers to post relevant, educational and informational content on a consistent, daily basis on social media platforms
- Analyze data to continuously optimize and increase readership, awareness and following
- Monitor all posts on social media to ensure effectiveness, appropriateness and relevance
We're looking for someone who has managerial experience, strong communication and people skills, is organized, detail-oriented and proactive!

Willpowered Woman is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We focus on empowering women. We educate at high schools, universities and businesses to prevent intimate partner abuse and support women who have been affected.

We believe that investing in our young women to let them have the best possible chance of leading a prosperous and autonomous life with many opportunities, despite their misfortunes, is the way to break the cycle of violence for future generations. Young women learn to find their voice, healing, strength, autonomy and self-esteem to make lasting changes in their lives.
