Assist our Family Placement Coordinator, who helps families navigate the process of staying at the Ronald McDonald House. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Answering questions about staying at RMH
- Navigating the computer software we use to place families and process new requests and referrals
- Call families to obtain additional information and explain how RMH works
This is a weekly 3 hour shift on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Description
Whether it's greeting guests, leading arts & crafts classes or baking cookies, volunteers create a loving "home away from home" for families. "Meals from the Heart" volunteers create delicious treats for guests, and our Children’s Program volunteers lead playtime activities for children offering respite to parents of seriously ill children.
