Courage League Sports is excited to bring a new baseball league playing by the rules of the game while adapting the pace and play! This 4-week program will practice weekly, spending the first half hour on drills and station work, followed by a half hour of game play. Participants will be placed onto teams based on age and ability.
Bike Training Camp is back! Participants will work on the following skills: bike safety, mounting and dismounting, balancing walking and forward propulsion, coasting and maneuvering.
We are looking for extra hands to be buddies to our kids and make sure they have a great experience!

Mission Statement
Courage League Sports is a recreational adaptive sports facility specifically designed for children not able to go "full speed" due to disability, illness, or emotional challenges. We strive to ensure a positive recreational experience for all children and their families. We will encourage participants to have fun while exercising outside of a therapy atmosphere.
Description
Our programs provide an opportunity to play in sports leagues, participate in group classes or play around during open gym nights at everyone’s own skill level. Leagues consist of weekly-themed sports (e.g.basketball, volleyball, flag football, and soccer) incorporating traditional skill work and EXERGAMING technology. Additionally, fitness classes consist of adaptive yoga, pom squad, cycling, kickboxing, tumbling, and core. A place for developing new skills, meeting new friends, building self-confidence, and having fun!
