REVEAL YOUR INNER HERO!
Heart disease is the No.1 killer of Americans and stroke is the No. 5 killer as well as a leading cause of severe adult disability.
The San Antonio Heart & Stroke Walk will welcome 10,000 walkers and runners on Saturday, November 4th at Nelson Wolff Stadium as we come together to raise crucial funds, honor survivors, remember lost loved ones and celebrate the progress against cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
We need Volunteers to assist in several areas of the event, ranging from cheering on the walkers, passing out water, helping at Sponsor tents etc. Final day of event assignments will be sent out with detailed information the week prior to the Walk.
The theme this year is "Game Day" and encourage our Volunteers to wear their favorite team jerseys, face paint and fan gear to show their spirit!
