This is a great opportunity for the volunteer coordinator to work with YMCA employees and other volunteers.The Coordinator will aid in building the pipeline of cause driven volunteers engaging with youth through coaching and teaching sports.
The volunteer coordinator will give the volunteers new opportunites and motivate the volunteers. The volunteer coordinator will have to keep the contact information updated, share opportunites with members and work for three to four hours with a flexible schedule.
