Thu Nov 10, 2016, 01:30 AM - 03:30 AM

2523 Portland Ave SMinneapolis, MN 55404

November 10th 1:30-330pm.

Minneapolis History. . ."A View from the Top" held on the 23rd floor of Ebenezer Tower. Volunteers can assist residents with viewing through binoculars and reading maps, etc.
There would be 2-3 pair of binoculars at the windows for each of the directions in the room and then a variety of historical city topographic, street and platt maps, photos, artifacts, newspaper clippings that could be viewed by residents to see what has changed, what has stayed the same, identification of buildings and gardens, etc. from our amazing view! Residents could bring photos to share of where they lived or worked in South Minneapolis.

I would like a volunteer to help me with organizing visuals, printing and mounting maps, etc. the the 7 th and 9 th of November, too, if possible.
