Do you love singing? Do you love making crafts? Do you have a heart for serving senior citizens? Then please join the Pathways Voices group and crafts group as we sing autumn themed songs at nursing homes on the east side of Cleveland. We will perform at 6:00 on Monday October 24th and 4:00 on Wednesday October 26th. You can help by adding your singing voice or passing out crafts to bring cheer to our patients and other residents. Mission Statement
Pathways Hospice's mission is to provide an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms. Our program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings. Pathways Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver. Our hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values and wishes.
Description
Pathways Hospice is not a place, but rather a caring and compassionate health service. We offer a team of dedicated professionals who provide holistic care under the guidance of the patient, the patient's loved ones and his or her physician. If you would like to volunteer your time and talents to our patients and families during end of life care, please contact us!
