MECHANICAL ENGINEER/DESIGNER

Are you interested on sustainability? Are you looking to gain experience in new fields? Are you willing to share your knowledge as a volunteer? Do you have a mastery of SolidWorks? If your answer is Yes, we'd like your help!

Our nonprofit organization is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to work with me as a Mechanical Designer helping develop the water-saving bathroom design described here:

TASK SPECIFICS

You'd be helping me finish the ongoing design and contribute to creating a document for building and maintaining the system. Topics to work on and research for the net-zero bathroom will include: water storage, filtration, and recycling, venting system, septic tanks, sewage and draining pipelines, flushing system, monitoring system, helping to verify calculations and design of existing drawings, and design risk assessment

Requirements: Mechanical engineer or related degree with great knowledge in SolidWorks.

Dedication: minimum 5 hours per week. Project duration and other details will be discussed during your interview.
