Library computers are among the most popular services we offer the public, but with heavy use comes the need for cleanliness. You can volunteer away your Library fines at a rate of $20 per hour while helping the Library maintain a clean and welcoming environment. There are two shifts available, 1:15pm to 3:15pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Volunteers will be responsible for:
- Keyboards - Use compressed air to remove any dust particles or debris.
- Mice - Use disinfecting wipes to disinfect computer mice and mouse pads.
- Screens - Use the computer safe wipes to clean computer screens.
This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in volunteering away their library fines.
Details and Requirements:
- Registration required
- Must be able to commit to the full shift
- Anyone under the age of 15 must volunteer alongside a parent/guardian
- No experience or special skills necessary
- Training and supplies will be provided
