Oct 26th We are having a Fun day for kids ages 8 and up. I'm looking for Volunteers to help with supervision of the children. I am also looking for volunteers that are willing to help with transportation, the kids live about 5 miles from the facility and will need to be picked up or dropped off depending on your availability. All the children are underprivlage and come from broken families. The facility is pretty big with many different areas. Basketball court, turf yard, computer room and many multipurpose rooms. I am looking for volunteers to look over the kids and make sure nobody gets hurt. Outgoing, fun and loving kids is a must. They really are great kids that need people like us to make an positive impact on them.

Heaven And Life Foundation is a non - profit organization that keeps children and teens living in the urban community away from crime and off the streets by providing them with positive activities after school and during the summer. We provide children and teens with a safe place to learn, play and grow.
Description
Our mission consist of three very important objectives. First we focus on giving the children something to do in their spare time in a safe and educational environment. We inspire them with Art, Music, Dance, Sports and Education. Second we focus on teaching young adults how to avoid trouble, how to deal with everyday situations, how to stay positive in a negative environment and how to become successful working adults. Third if children or young adults make the error of getting in trouble we offer them resources and tools to counsel them and work intensively with them in every aspect to prevent them from making the same error over and over again.
