The Children’s Holiday Shoppe, benefiting the MotherHouse Crisis Nursery, is a store just for kids (age 12 and under) to shop for inexpensive gifts for friends and family. Children will experience the joy of holiday gift giving, a sense of independence and the chance to practice valuable skills such as decision-making and money management. All of the merchandise is priced from $1-$8.
Volunteers will walk with children to help them throughout the process, restock shelves, help at check-out and perform tasks as needed.
80 volunteers are needed for various time-slots.
