Holy Cross College

Each semester, every college senior gives a Capstone presentation. These are non-academic. Students articulate their career identity over 30 minutes to a three member panel. These are engaging presentations that are full of micro-narratives that give authenticity to a student's future career goals. The student describes how their college experience transformed and equipped them. Following the presentation, evaluators provide feedback to the student. This is a chance to engage with a young graduate who is making the college-to-career transition. Students approach this change with hope and optimism. Evaluators can provide mentoring advice and ideas.

There are two components to the Evaluator's role: Review the student’s on-line portfolio before arriving (15-20 mins), and then attend the presentation. (60 minutes)

Evaluators should have earned a bachelor's degree.
