We are looking for people interested in tutoring students as they prepare for the GED exam to earn their high school diploma. We are looking volunteers willing to do one on one or small group tutoring in high school level math, social studies, science, language arts reading, and language arts writing.
Students are typically available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tutoring hours and days are flexible.

Mission Statement
The Work Group equips at-risk youth in transition to adulthood with the skills, education, and confidence to become self-directed, self-sufficient individuals who are productive and responsible members of their families and communities.
Description
The Work Group is a private, non-profit corporation which operates the New Jersey Youth Corps of Camden County. The Work Group’s Youth Corps is a voluntary program for young people who have dropped out of school. We accept approximately 100 young people annually between 16 to 24 years of age. The experience is a rigorous one - a full-time combination of academics leading to GED testing, work experience through community service, work readiness training, life skills, career exploration and counseling.
