About

The Habitat ReStore is a volunteer driven organization, and your time spent volunteering as a group will further our vision of "a world where everyone has a decent place to live." Tasks vary depending on the donation intake, and we work to the demands of what each day brings. Some examples of tasks completed by volunteer groups are: stocking and organizing tile, measuring and labeling carpeting, measuring and labeling doors, and merchandising and cleaning the store.

Group Size: We can accommodate groups of up to 6 people.

Age Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age. (Youth waiver required.)

Schedule: Group projects are scheduled for 2.5 hours, and project time includes an introduction to the ReStore operations and the mission of Habitat for Humanity Dane County.
ReStore West - every other Wednesday from 5:30pm-8:00pm
ReStore East - every other Friday from 10:30am-1:00pm

Alternate scheduling requests may be accommodated depending on availability. For more information, or to schedule a work day, please contact us.
