Once every two years the Shasta Public Libraries offers our patrons a chance to tell us how they feel, what they want, and what they'd like to see change. This is an extremely important event for the library and volunteers who help with this are an essential part! We're looking for friendly, helpful people who would be willing to man the Customer Satisfaction Survey booth and inform patrons about what they're filling out and why.
