Spending time with hospice patients isn't for everyone, and that's most understandable.
There are other ways you can make a difference in their lives, however. Like being a hospice support volunteer.
You may be answering the phones, filing materials in patient charts, helping organize supplies, etc. We need you! It might be helping with mailing birthday cards to our patients or sending out newsletters to their families. Regardless, the time you give us in our office makes a difference.
So, if you would like to spend an hour or two per week making a difference in the lives of those patients and their familes that we serve, please consider being an support volunteer with us.
Remember, the greatest gift you can give some one is your time.
