- Offering a warm welcome
- Assisting patients and visitors in navigating Methodist Hospital
- Escorting people out of the building when discharged, to find their appointment, or to visit a loved one
This position requires applicants who prefer physical activity over sitting at a desk, enjoy engaging people in conversation, and want to create a great experience for patients and guests.

Park Nicollet Health Services is an integrated care system that includes Methodist Hospital, Park Nicollet Clinic, the Park Nicollet Foundation, and the Park Nicollet Institute. More than 1,200 volunteers give over 100,000 hours of time a year helping to enhance the care of patients, their families and guests in our hospital and clinics.
