NONPROFIT needs RESOURCE PERSON, FACILITATOR, or TRAINER for a RETREAT
A retreat is being organized for a nonprofit organization that has 501.c.3 IRS status. The purpose of the retreat is to devise and develop strategies to take the nonprofit to a higher level of success.
The nonprofit is a High School Alumni Association that has a mission to enhance, improve and support the educational system of the Prince of Wales Secondary School in Sierra Leone, other schools in Africa, and the Global Society as a whole.
The nonprofit undertakes annual funraising activities in its effort to provide resources to give the students world class instructions in STEM education..
The opportunity therefore exists for volunteer professionals who have expertise and experience in any of these key areas: Nonprofit Management, Strategic Planning, Fundraising, IRS 501.c.3 Rules and Regulations, and Review of Contitution and By-laws, Financial Planning, Web Design, Grant Writing/Research, Budgeting, and Community Outreach.
The main program will be one day of workshop from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday November 19, 2016.
The retreat will be held at the picturesque River Golf Club, in Augusta, Georgia, on the weekend of November 18 -20, 2016. Accommodation for one night plus meals will be provided for volunteers who are willing to give their services. A gift card will be included toward transportation.

Description
IXOYE Global Entrepreneurship Network (IXGEN) Incorporated is a Christian-based nonprofit organization created to provide business development services to assist in creating, strengthening and expanding grassroots micro and small enterprises, and guide them toward national and international levels of entrepreneurship.
IXGEN’s vision is to see grassroots women and youth throughout the USA and Africa, create and operate sustainable micro enterprises beyond borders, with help from local community groups, governmental and non-governmental agencies, philanthropic foundations, and other private sectors. Also, IXGEN advocates for entrepreneurial education to be an integral part of the middle and high school curricula throughout the USA and Africa.
Our main objective is to h elp access opportunities for promising small business owners in underserved communities across the country to sustain and grow their businesses, providing them with training and resources necessary for them to succeed and create jobs.
