Talented Volunteers
We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with in-office work, event production, research, support with community outreach and the DSY, and assisting with other projects that arise.

The All Stars Project (ASP) is a national nonprofit organization founded 37 years ago. Our mission is to transform the lives of youth and poor communities, using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults. The Dallas location, launched in 2013, currently runs two programs that focus on youth from Dallas’ poorest neighborhoods, including South Oak Cliff and West Dallas. In the All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN) young people perform in and produce talent shows in their neighborhood. The Development School for Youth (DSY) is a leadership training program in which young people learn to perform as professionals, and they partner with business leaders who conduct workshops and provide paid summer internships. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with in-office work, event production, research, support with community outreach and the DSY, and assisting with other projects that arise. Hours are ongoing, varied, and flexible. For more information, please contact: Natalie Shaney at nshaney@allstars.org
