Fit2beKids is seeking QUALIFIED Youth Coaches to conduct Saturday programs, from 10am - noon in Lake Forest, CA, to our at-risk youth and their families.

It is beneficially if you are bi-lingual in Spanish, but it is a must that have good social and personal skills with kids and their parents, experience working with kids as a camp counselor, sports coach, social worker, etc. You must be FUN, ENERGETIC and CREATIVE with kids, have the ability to CHAMPION our organization with community advocacy at the school district level, school level, with community leaders and families. You will work closely with our Youth and Program Directors. This volunteer position will not exceed 6 hours per week. Traning is provided! You must pass a background check and complete internal paperwork before working with our kiddos.

Must be passionate about health and wellness and helping kids learn how to live wholesome lives thruogh physical fitness and eating healthy; along with having a good work ethic, must be responsible and professional, able to work under pressure, and motivated to bring results and help the company grow.

To empower at-risk youth to lead mentally-, physically- and emotionally-balanced lives, thereby enhancing their well-being as well as that of the community as a whole.

To fully educate at-risk youth and their families on physical fitness, nutrition and social/emotional character development through experience-based learning.

To create an experience-based learning environment that is built on trust, courage, respect and balance; where children can develop necessary social, emotional, cognitive and dexterous skills to empower themselves in leading a wholesome life.
