ORGANIZATION: ALATHEIA RIDING CENTER

We have volunteers that we train to help with our riding lessons. We use anywhere from 1-4 volunteers per lesson depending on the needs of the rider. We have lessons that are scheduled from 12:30 to 5:30 (M-Thurs) and (Fri) from 9:30-3:30.

Improving the lives of people with special needs by harnessing the healing power of horses

Description

We are a member of PATH (Intl). Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship. We use therapeutic riding to help the rider develop physically, emotionally and mentally. The horses empower and motivate our riders in a unique way. We have a wide range of ages from 3-74. We look forward to serving our community and riders for many years to come.
