Is your business or organization engaged and looking to give back to WNY?
The Meals on Wheels Adopt-A-Route program is the ideal opportunity for WNY agencies, businesses, community groups and friends to ensure seniors live longer and healthier! Your office will join a committed team of volunteers who serve food and friendship to our homebound WNY neighbors.
When 8 - 10 individuals from your office commit to delivering meals once a week, two rotating team members will pair up to drive and serve meals, once a week during their lunch hour (11 am - 12pm.) The team picks up meals and route directions at a Center not far from the office and sets out to visit no more than 12 people
Delivery takes just one hour. Individually, Adopt-A-Route participants volunteer just one 60-minute lunch hour a month.

Why Volunteer for Meals on Wheels?
By devoting just one lunch hour per week, you can make the life of a homebound person a little brighter and put our mission into practice.
Who Can Volunteer?
Anyone! As part of a volunteer team, a driver and a server deliver meals together. We have teachers, retirees, homemakers, students and even business owners who give of their time. All it takes is one hour per day, once a week or once a month to make a difference.
