The WCGNM is hosting a section of this year's Haunted Trail @ Harrybrooke Park. Our theme is based on Horror movies involving clowns and everything associated with them! (muahahahaha) This is one of our biggest fundraisers for our organization throughout the year. We have several spots we could use volunteers for, whether it's costuming, behind the scenes, or helping out in the Bake sale area.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with design and "setup".

Description
Part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, a volunteer organization serving the Greater New Milford, CT area. The General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Collectively, we are Living the Volunteer Spirit through raising funds and supporting projects throughout our local community. All of our programs are funded through donations, volunteering, and fundraising efforts of the club. Each year we distribute funds to well over a dozen other non-profit organizations including the Youth Agency, Summer Reading programs, local animal shelters, and other programs within the community. Our primary purpose is to fund at least 2 scholarships yearly that are based on community service and volunteerism. The WCGNM is responsible for events such as The Teddy Bear festival, now in its 20th year (2016). We raise funds through projects such as the Haunted Trail, Bake Sales, Penny Plus Auctions, etc as well as provide over 200 meals for thanksgiving each year!
