Are you looking for a flexible schedule and want to help families in your community? Join our team in providing resources to parents of children ages 0-3 years old. Volunteers will visit with families to deliver our program kits and will explain to them how our materials can enrich their young child’s learning experience. Our program kit consists of a of books that provide information and learning activities that caregivers can do with their child.

Our volunteers are responsible for coordinating visits in the Denver Metro area with parents and/or caregivers of children aged 0-3 as requested by Bright by Three office. Volunteers will visit with families to deliver our program and will explain to them how our materials can enrich their young child’s learning experience.

When needed, we might request volunteers help with entering the information of the parents we have served this year, doing evaluation calls to improve our program and also, paying visits to the parents that are requesting materials from us now.

Required skills:
Detail-oriented, personable, outgoing, early childhood education experience is a plus, spanish is a plus.

Description

Bright by Three serves more than 20,000 children and families each year across Colorado through a 3-year, phased program designed to empower parents, engage children, and develop social, emotional and cognitive skills needed for school readiness and lifelong learning. Bright by Three’s research-based program is delivered in collaboration with 700 partner agencies across the state. The program is offered through individualized, interactive communication in homes, in groups, and via digital technologies.
