Enjoy being outside? Want to help your community in a fun and healthy way? Then join Friends of Trees as we plant native trees and shrubs at Errol Heights in SE Portland!
This planting is in conjunction with Portland Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Environmental Services, Metro, Friends of Errol Heights, and The Johnson Creek Watershed Council! This is the third of four plantings at a newly acquired addition to Errol Heights Natural Area!
Volunteers should come dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes and get ready to have fun! Friends of Trees will provides gloves, tools, and planting guidance.

Friends of Trees is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization which organizes tree planting and care events in neighborhoods, natural areas and on school grounds in partnership with the community, government and businesses.
Since Friends of Trees was founded in 1989, our volunteers have planted more than 750,000 trees and native plants!
