The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington is recruiting new volunteers for the 2016-2017 school year! We are looking for respectful and consistent volunteers to achieve our mission: "to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens." Volunteers can serve as program volunteers, mentors, tutors and special interest volunteers in our Program Areas (Art Room, Education Room, Gym, Games Room and Technology Lab)
At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington, we ask our volunteers to commit to at least one hour a week for time commitments of three months, six months and a school year. The hours for our Clubhouses are from 3-7pm. At the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, volunteers have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of youth at the largest and most respected non-profit organization in the United States!
We have group orientations every Tuesday at 6pm at the O.K. Clubhouse and Wednesday at 7pm at the Clinton & Gloria John Clubhouse.
The address for the O.K. Clubhouse is:
