The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington is recruiting new volunteers for the 2016-2017 school year! We are looking for respectful and consistent mentors, tutors, people with special interests and program volunteers to achieve our mission: "to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens."

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington, volunteers typically come in for 1-5 hours a week for commitments of three months, six months and a school year. Become a volunteer... commit yourself to supporting and enhancing one of our weekly programs by working in an area with a Lead Staff (Art Room, Education Room, Games Room, Gym and Tech Lab). The hours for our sites are from 3-7pm. At the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, volunteers have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of youth at the largest and most respected non-profit organization in the United States!

We have orientations every Tuesday at 6pm at the O.K. Clubhouse. The address is 4040 Plomondon Street, Vancouver, WA 98661. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please RSVP by emailing volunteer.elementary@mybgc.org or by calling (360) 313-5704 to schedule an orientation! Learn more at mybgc.org!

***The continued safety of our Club members is of the utmost importance. Therefore in keeping with the national policy of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, every adult staff and volunteer member is subject to a criminal background check prior to beginning the volunteer or employment period.***

***NOTE: Attending an orientation and/or submitting an application does not guarantee volunteer placement***

We look forward to hearing from YOU!
