Interview Specialists are vital to VITA and the Valet VITA services, as they assist both taxpayers and tax preparers by ensuring that all taxpayer documentation is collected, reviewed and uploaded to an internet database where it will be accessed by tax preparers.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) provides free tax preparation to low- and moderate-income Arizonans, and helps them to leverage their tax refunds to achieve greater financial stability.
