Volunteers for the John Hope Franklin Center will assist the staff and other professional community advocates in achieving the Center's focus on education, scholarship, community outreach, and archiving.
Volunteers are needed for preparing tour packages, transcribing interviews, greeting Center visitors, or helping in the set up of some of the community events, such as Dinner for Reconciliation, Community Dialogue, Park visits, and Annual Conferences.
Hours are flexible.

Description
Participate in African American programs; represent AASA at various high-profiled community functions at the request of TCC or other sponsoring organizations; access to leadership workshops and community resources through AASA networking activities; receiving notices and other resources regarding African American scholarship, culture, and community events.
