Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. Through the incredible leadership of the JA Chicago Board of Directors, we have the opportunity to partner with community based organizations and schools to provide in-school and after-school supplemental economic education programs at no cost.

All we need is your enthusiasm, life experience, and a willingness to teach students about how you took chances and shot for the stars. Junior Achievement provides the training, curriculum, and a classroom ready to meet you. We are looking for volunteers that can devote their time to visit a 3rd or 4th grade classroom at Fremont Intermediate once a week for five weeks total. Each program has approximately five lessons that take 30-45 minutes each to complete.

For more information, please check out our website at jachicago.org and contact Sara Duncan at sduncan@jachicago.org and 708-456-1400 ext. 226.
