If you have a musical gift, play an instrument, or sing and enjoy sharing your gift with others then look no further! MHMR Tarrant is seeking volunteers to participate in our Music Mentor Volunteer Program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sing or teach a song; play a tune on your instrument; provide instrument lessons. As a music mentor, you will be given the opportunity to use your talents as you see fit. Opportunities are available Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. Times are flexible and based upon your availability. Description
For nearly 50 years, MHMR Tarrant has improved the lives of people with health care needs, such as substance use, psychiatric disorders, and intellectual delays and disabilities. Using innovative approaches, MHMR partners with individuals and families, and collaborates with other community organizations to provide services and a hopeful future.
