The Mariposas Environmental Service Adventures is a 10 day environmental education and cultural exchange trip for young woman in Puebla, Mexico from marginalized communities. The aim is to foster global citizenship, engage in cultural exchange, positively contribute to the community, and develop a deeper understanding of the world's environmental issues in areas outside of their communities. There will be 8 young women who participate that will be their first time for many things: flying on a plane, seeing the ocean, swimming, and more! The participants volunteer more than 25 hours working with local kids teaching about environmental sustainability and volunteering with local turtle conservation efforts. This year we will be going to San Panch, Mexico just 1 hour from Puerto Vallarta. See last year's program video:

The program fee can be waived if the volunteer is able to raise $400 in donations and help raise awareness through gaining support on our social media sites.
