Help make this elegant black tie gala a success! We will provide a great meal and the opportunity to attend a high profile event.
We have many different roles for volunteers. Please email me if you would like more specifics.
1 - 3 pm: Event Set-Up help create a wonderful ambiance for guests by getting the room set up and displayed to perfection!
3:30 -7pm: Cocktail Hour/Silent Auction volunteer willsell raffle tickets, run coat check, manage the silent auction and wine pull
7-9:30: Live Auction volunteers runners and spotters to help auctioneer and recording team
10- 11:30 Breakdown help breakdown and pack up remaining items to return to the office
