This is the City of Burbank's annual Halloween carnival with games, crafts, and activities for middle school students. The event will be held at the McCambridge Recreation Center. Volunteers will be indoors, sitting, standing, or relaying messages/information to staff. Water will be provided for the volunteers. No dress code but dressing in the spirt of halloween is encouraged - scary costumes are ok!
