We're looking for a few more dedicated volunteers to work one of our 2 aid stations. Check in time is 4pm at Upper Hutchinson Field in Grant Park. Volunteers will be brought out to your aid station location. You'll be brought back to the finish line after aid station has been cleaned and packed up for the post race party!
Aid Station Team:
8 Hydration Station Volunteers
1 Medical Team member (CPR certified, equipped with medical supplies)
1 Communications Team member (equipped with radio)
4 person setting up cups
4 people pouring fluids
3 to 5 people out front handing out to runners (above volunteers can move into these positions as needed)
Hydration Station Supplies:
Cups for energy drink
Cups (for water)
Water Station # Sign
Garbage Can & Bags
Recycle Can & Bags
Hydration Station Set‐Up:
Fill 1st table with cups filled with Body Armor Enery Drink.
Fill 2nd table with cups filled with Water
Continue to refill cups keeping table covered - it’s always better to have more than you think you’ll need.
