Adult Literacy Program volunteers have many opportunities to share their skills, time, and talents with adults who are goal-oriented and motivated to succeed. You don't need any special skills, just compassion and a desire to empower someone to build a better tomorrow.

Volunteers must complete a 12-hour training class over the course of two weeks and be able to commit at least 1 year of service (if possible). Tutors will be matched one-on-one with a student or with a small group. Tutors are required to work 2 times a week for at least 2 hours.
