The Fleet has an opportunity to inspire students right around the corner!
It is called the High Tech Fair, a fair where we invite local science and technology companies to exhibit their work and give students a chance to see what a career path in science might look like. It is an awesome opportunity to help connect our youth to science and technology. Description
The Fleet Science Center located in beautiful Balboa Park has the world's first IMAX dome theatre. It hosts many popular permanent gallery exhibitions in addition to exciting traveling exhibits from all over the nation.
As a hands-on science center, the Fleet encourages visitors to "Touch!" the exhibits, which teach a variety of scientific principles in an interactive manner to provide a unique learning experience for all ages.
The Fleet Science Center boasts an excellent education department that presents a series of workshops, lectures and classes for children and adults of all ages.
