Primary duties:

The individual selected will identify, define, and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities as well as coordinate the development, writing and submission of grant applications and proposals.

Possess a minimum of three years of related experience and a proven track record in grant writing, program development, identifying and securing new funding opportunities. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in research, intrepreting, and analyzing diverse data. Possess the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve stated goals. Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and database management skills. An organization which was established to serve the needs of jobseekers and bridge the gap between companies looking to fill their positions with qualified candidates. We provide a vast array of job assistance (Career Life Cycle) through training and professional development, building communication skills and interview techniques, mentorship programs, reviewing and developing resumes, partnering with programs in the surrounding communities to assist in building and developing candidates skill sets. We advise, facilitate and educate applicants on different career development resources/tools, which are available right at their fingertips. H.O.P.E. provides candidates with steps to enhance their professional image and numerous other job related assistance
