Office - Helping Others
Join our team and make a difference to our patients

We are always in need of volunteers that are willing to create files, scan documents, make phone calls to patients and/or group homes-and many more day to day activities. Schedules are flexible and all of the tasks you complete are very much appreciated since they free our staff to do more direct work with the most important people here - our patients.

Simply do important work. Join our team.

For this opportunity, the tasks may be completed remotely from your home, or, at the 15551 N Greenway Hayden Loop, Scottsdale 85260 Office. M-F 8-5 are the normal business hours. Your hours can be determined independently - which day and how many - with the current staff. In addition, there may be opportunity to some tasks remotely.

Note: Haven Hospice requires COVID19 vaccination records for all volunteers.

Thank You.

About Haven Hospice

Mission Statement

Haven Hospice is committed to providing quality care for patients faced with a life-limiting illness. The goal is to improve the quality of a person's life through pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support. We believe that the patient and family are intergral decision making members of the hospice team in planning and receiving care. Hospice offers an alternative to repeat hospitalizations. Hospice affirms life. It neither hastens nor postpones death, but assists the patient and family in living with a life-limiting illness. Hospice regards dying as a normal process at life's end in which we can provide dignity and comfort for the patient and loved ones.

Description

Haven Hospice reaches it's goal of supporting the patient and their families through several various disciplines. Our doctors, nurses, CNA's, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and community educators make up our caring team of individuals who know how important hospice is to not only the patient, but to the entire family.
