I am a third grade teacher at a Title I school within the Clark County School District. I am looking for several volunteers interested in committing to visit once a week or every two weeks to work with students, tutoring them on Math and/or Reading.
Additionally, I have two students who are new to the country and have limited English skills. I am looking for someone(s) who is interested in spending time with them on the basics of English. For instance, learning and identifying basic words and objects. They are both very bright and excited to learn, but just arrived in the US within the last month.
