BCRP is in partnership with the Baltimore Jazz Alliance to bring a new annual event calls Jazz Festival to Druid Hill Park (next to the conservatory) on October 1 st. The event is from 12-8. We can always use extra hands for the following:
- Kids activities
- Cleaning the venue throughout the event
- Cleaning the venue the day after the event (Sunday, October 2 nd)

Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships with Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP) works with corporate, religious, academic, non-profit and volunteer groups maintaining parks in Baltimore City through community involvement. We organize events that encourage environmental awareness within the local community. Activities are designed to inform, engage, and inspire community participants to positively embrace and impact their environment. We encourage communities and corporate benefactors to become more concerned, involved, and conscious about Baltimore City parks.
