Hello,

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Muscle Team Gala, Lead Volunteer position. We are very excited for this upcoming event on November 10th at the InterContinenal Hotel Tampa.

The Tampa Bay MDA office is currently seeking 2 Lead Volunteer positions. These position are vital to the success of our gala. A Lead Volunteer will be assigned an area of our gala (silent auction, live auction, games, or check-in/check-out) and then trained on that certain area. A LV will then oversee each area and about 5-10 day of volunteers. We would like to have each lead come in for about 2-3 hours once a week, 3 weeks before the event for training. Times and dates are flexible. Night of event 11/10/16- You will need to arrive at 4pm. Event should conclude around 10:30pm.

Muscle Team is a sports-oriented fundraising dinner event. Over 280 guests are expected to attend this year's event, representing Tampa Bay's legal, financial, and business communities. The event includes a VIP reception with athletes and military heroes, a cocktail reception with live & silent auctions, a seated dinner program that features an on-stage awards ceremony for MDA's Muscle Team and a live camp sponsorship auction.
