American Diabetes Association is in search of a highly motivated volunteer to come in two-three times a week to assist in the office. ADA needs someone to answer the phone and direct the calls to the appropriate person, to assist in mailings, to assist in Health Fairs, in ordering office supplies and managing the office calendar and email. This person would also take lead on recruiting volunteers and assist with events. These are only some of the office jobs that would be asked of this person. This person would manage the office to the best of their ability with the support of the Project Manager.

At the ADA we have an office/project manager who would be there to assist and help. However during event seasons the project manager needs time to work on the assignments at hand and needs a little assistance in keeping track of the office.

We are in need of a volunteer who is dedicated and can commit to two week days each week. They would need to take appropriate trainings and need to complete a background check.

We are looking for as much help as we can, so even if you can only do one day of the week, we are still interested! Hope you are too!
