Women’s Enterprise Center (WEC) focuses on providing women with the resources to become successful entrepreneurs through business plan training, accelerated services and access to capital.

The Individual Business Mentoring Services involves experienced professionals meeting for weekly 1:1 sessions (one hour/week) with a member (max 2 different members) as part of Women’s Enterprise Center’s business acceleration services.

Business Mentors meet with members to help identify barriers that might be interfering with business growth and assist in establishing goals and solutions towards business success. Our goal is to link Business Mentors to individual members and program graduates according to their specific fields and needs to provide valuable, relevant, and real-world advice.

WiNGS coaching/mentoring model is member driven which involves Goal Setting, Action Planning & Taking Accountability.

"Coaching is differentiated from counseling in that it focuses on changing financial behaviors, rather than focusing on a specific event or problem. Counseling tends to be more therapeutic in nature, while coaching endeavors to help a client improve his/her behavior in order to achieve self-defined goals."
